It's been 10 months since my interview, and I'm still in the AP process at the Yerevan embassy for EB1a. Honestly, I'm feeling hopeless now. Some people have been in AP for 17 months, spent a lot of money to file lawsuits, and the court rejected their cases. It seems like there's no place for Iranian talents.

Anyway, I'm applying for the Global Talent visa in the UK. Is the recommendation letter I used for the US good enough, or should I change its content? The previous letter was prepared by a lawyer. I was thinking of copying it for use in the UK.

I would appreciate your guidance.

With greetings and respect,

It is not possible to use that letter. It must have different features. Additionally, the recommender for the Global Talent visa in the UK must definitely be a citizen or resident of the UK.

Thank You
