Hi there,
Is the following argument correct?
Known facts:
1- The priority date is the date when the I-140 petition is received by the immigration office.
2- Being invited for an interview depends on whether your priority date is current, and "current" depends on the priority date.

Conclusion:
Although premium processing significantly speeds up the approval of the I-140, it doesn’t have any impact on the overall time it takes for the whole immigration process from start to finish!

Im from tajikestan

Thanks.

Hello

I’ve announced in both private and public based on experience and detailed analysis:

For NIW, premium processing doesn’t really have any significant impact on the interview timing.

For EB1, yes, it’s effective—but of course, it also depends on the embassy and whether they’ll schedule an interview or not.

Good Luck
