Green Card Mailing Time

Hello.
 I entered California on February 1st with an DV visa and paid the green card fee on February 13th. The website says it will take 90 days to receive the green card. Based on your experience, is it possible for it to be sent sooner or will it take the same 90 days?

California is one of the fastest, and although we have had some reports of delays in recent months, don't worry.
